How to Host an E-Drive: Launching Your Voter Registration Drive via E-mail

Many companies have all or nearly all of their employees connected through email. Hosting an E-Drive couldn’t be simpler. Here’s all you'll need to do:

1. Craft an email urging your employees to register to vote. Here’s a sample:

Registration Requirements

You may register and vote if you are:

• A citizen of the United States;
• A legal resident of Washington State; and
• At least 18 years old by Election Day.

You may not register or vote if you:

• Have been convicted of a felony and not had your voting rights restored; or
• Have been declared by a court to be mentally incompetent and ineligible to vote.

Party Registration: Washington state does not register voters according to political party.
